The majority of the rate goes directly to the VA's salary, and the remaining portion covers the value-added services we provide, like: Rigorous sourcing and vetting process Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training Continuous performance monitoring Dedicated Client Success Manager to support both you and your VA Plus, employee benefits like paid time off, health insurance, and performance bonuses — which are not typically offered by other VA agencies These benefits help us attract and retain top-tier talent while ensuring your VA stays motivated and supported — ultimately giving you a more reliable and committed team member.

You’ll pay us directly, and we handle everything—from payroll to management—so you don’t have to worry about any of the logistics.

While this is rare, we understand that finding the perfect match is important. If your VA isn’t working out, we’ll replace them with another highly qualified candidate at no extra cost.

No long-term commitments! Our contracts are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime if your needs change.

At Vitalis Outsourcing, we ensure that every VA is carefully matched to your business needs based on skills, experience, and personality fit. While we don't offer the option to handpick your VA, we present up to three top candidates for you to interview and select the best fit for your business.

Our pricing packages are carefully designed to offer competitive rates while maintaining consistency across our service standards. If you'd like to provide additional compensation to your VA, we're happy to discuss options for performance-based bonuses or special incentives.

Direct hiring of our VAs outside of Vitalis Outsourcing's services is not allowed during the contract period. However, after the contract term, you can discuss buyout options with us if you'd like to bring your VA in-house permanently.

Yes, you can request to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Our VAs can handle a wide range of administrative, operational, and customer support tasks, including email management, calendar scheduling, social media management, data entry, research, and more. Let us know your specific needs, and we'll match you with the right VA.

You can communicate with your VA directly through your preferred platforms like email, Slack, Zoom, or other project management tools. We'll help establish a communication process during the onboarding stage.
